Why “Baking Bytes”?
I’m a nerd and I like puns. Whether it it’s a play on “bites” as in “pieces bitten of” or “really sucks” is totally up to you.
When do you add new posts?
Every other Wednesday at 5:30pm (Mountain time), plus occasional extras.
What’s up with your tagline?
This is an homage to my late grandfather on my mom’s side. He was complaining that my grandma didn’t skin the potatoes before they were mashed, and she responded that it was prettier that way. (They were red potatoes.) He replied with the now regularly quoted line, “You don’t eat prettiness.”
